This pretty much encapsulates my concerns as well:

I think the President's goal is exactly what he says it is: to do Big Things. I just don't think it matters much what the substance of those Big Things is.

Another one of those "clueless, detached Obama" memes?

Of course the substance does matter to him. It is just that it matters in a way that serves his backers and hurts the average American.
