BrewDog Brewery of Fraserburgh, Scotland, has launched a beer that is 32% alcohol (by volume).I want their yeast, because that is some seriously robust yeast. I've never heard of yeast making it much past 20%.
I don't want the beer, it costs £30, and I'm not sure that I'd spend that much on a pint of anything.
