Dodd Stays at Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, Harkin Takes Over at Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee

Harkin is actually more liberal on the safety net, he is kind of classic New Dealer, and Dodd knows banking, and has been relatively tough on the banks.
