So, now Alan "Bubbles" Greenspan, who said that speculative bubbles could never be spotted, and did everything he could to make increased leverage possible, is now saying that, "U.S. banks need to have higher capital."
It might have meant something 4 years ago, you know, when you were lobbying for lower capital requirements, but now, it's just trying to protect your so-called legacy.
