Deflation Anyone?

The PPI was down 1.9% for the month of December, and was down 0.9% for the year.

While some of the year over year drop was a collapse in energy prices, much of the decline is simple deflation from a shrinking economy.

I missed this earlier, normally it would go in my economic update.
