So Hank Paulson wants Congress to releasing the remaining $350 billion in TARP bailout funds for banks, but the White House is simultaneously saying that they may not formally request this until Bush is out of office.

I'm not sure what is going on, but until Hank Paulson and His Evil Minions^™ are out of the office of the Secretary of the Treasury, Congress should not release another dollar.
