Another NASA Orion Fail

In this case an unsuccessful parachute test.

Needless to say, I'm seriously considering seeing if NASA needs a department of finding their own ass with both hands.

I'm not sure what NASA had in the 1960s, and lost some time in the 1970s, but it's clear that they have not yet gotten it back.
